What age group is your soft play equipment suitable for?

We cater to ages 0-5 years old.

How much space do I need for the soft play setup?

At largest our packages are 3m x 6m. However we can make it 3m x 5m if needed. Please contact us if you are feeling unsure and we can work out the best option for you.

Do you offer customized themes or colors for the ball pit decals?

Our ballpit decals are printed in matching colours to the set chosen. If you wish to have something more specific we will happily work with you to make your vision come to life. 

How do you ensure the safety and cleanliness of the soft play equipment?

Our packages are cleaned and inspected after every event. Including balls and mats with disinfectant and leather vinyl friendly cleaners. 

Can I customiSe the milestone board for my child's birthday?

Yes our milestone boards are completely customisable, we use your provided party inspo to make sure the board ties in well with the theme/ colours of the event. 

Do you provide delivery, setup, and takedown services?

We sure do! At this stage our packages are not collectable we provide set up and pack down for all bookings and delivery is included in the package price within 20km of Port Kennedy, delivery fees apply outside of this zone.

Will I need to pay a bond for the soft play equipment?

We require a $200 bond which is refunded once the set has been packed down and inspected. Due to being the weekend it could take 1-2 business days to recieve the bond back into your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our deposit is non-refundable, however we do offer to reschedule the event. Bookings are made quite in advance which means that we cannot guarentee there will be a date available the following weekend. We will work with you to secure a time that works to suit us both.

Cancelling the booking within 2 weeks of the event date will require 50% of the total invoice to be paid. Cancelling within 1 week of the event date we require the invoice to be PAID IN FULL. Please get in contact with us if you have any questions :)  

How far in advance should I book the soft play equipment and customisation services?

It's never to early to secure your date. We do advise to secure the date you are hoping for as soon as possible. We are often booked out 10-12 weeks in advance.

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?

Due to our sets not being able to get wet, an indoor option must be pre-arranged when securing a booking with us - especially through Winter. We cannot set up in a space where the set will or could get wet.
